As the year comes to a close, I’m buzzing with excitement for what’s ahead in 2025—but before we dive into the future, I have to take a moment to look back on the whirlwind of milestones, memories, and so much joy.
In 2024, I had the absolute privilege of helping some amazing people start their next chapters. I got to hand over keys to kids thrilled about getting their own rooms (no more negotiating bedtime lights-out with a sibling who’s clearly nocturnal). I helped families move closer to cousins, ensuring there’s always a buddy just a bike ride away for a backyard game or sleepover.
Dogs got yards perfect for zoomies, lazy sunbathing, and barking at the occasional mail carrier.
Craftsmen and creators found homes that were more than just houses; they found inspiration. It’s been so cool to see those “aha!” moments when they realized their new space was the perfect launchpad for their next big idea.
It’s been an honor to help make space for their expanding love and households. And for those who are closing their chapters here in Nashville and the empty nesters downsizing for the next phase of life.
Every closing this year has been a reminder of why I love what I do. It’s about more than buying and selling homes—it’s about helping people find a place where their stories unfold.
So, here’s to 2025! I can’t wait to help more kids pick out their new rooms, more dogs claim the best sunlit spots, and more families move toward everything they’ve been dreaming of. Whatever this next year holds, I’m ready—and so excited—to help you find the perfect place to call home.
